The Anna is an Italian-designed and manufactured single-boiler with revolutionary temperature stability via PID configuration. The Anna also comes with a factory integrated manometer for brew pressure - another one of the essential variables en-route to nailing perfect espresso, shot after shot. As usual, another handsomely impressive offering from Lelit!
In addition to the single grouphead for espresso brewing, machine works off of a single boiler with a steam wand for both steam and hot water, function-specified by the classical lever switches. Inherited from their bigger machines, the system is designed for higher thermal stability throughout, with a minimal heating (and recovery) time.
The Anna's make-up consists of a whopping 2,7l water tank - unheard of in a home machine, that feeds a 250ml boiler, which has the machine up to brew-ready temperatures in just a few minutes. While the machine does come with a plastic tamper, You may want to nail down some more precise espresso shots off the bat using the Presso 57mm tamper and 57mm naked portafilter.
A magically compact yet feature-filled package the Anna is. Very apt partners to the glorious Anna are the Lelit Fred 43 and Fred 44 grinders. The coffee world was right when they praised Lelit for their display of Italian flair in their machines - The Anna all over again stands evidence to this.
