Properties:

Anti-anaemic, anti-bacterial, anticoagulant, antifungal, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, ant sclerotic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, calming, carminative, digestive, diuretic, expectorant, immune stimulant, litholytic, phlebotonic, stomachic

Uses:

Cleansing, cooling, disinfecting, energising, focusing, invigorating, purifying, rejuvenating, stimulating and uplifting.

Directions for use:

Add a few drops to your bath water.  Can be used in an oil burner.  Dilute with a carrier oil for use as a massage oil. A few drops can be added to shampoos, lotions and other products.

Precautions:

Avoid during pregnancy.

Do NOT use on infants (children under 2 years of age)

Do NOT use directly on skin.

Always test for allergies before use

Lemon can be a possible skin irritant and it is photo sensitive. Only use after diluting with a carrier oil. Never apply directly to skin before or during exposure to sunlight (even after diluting or using in skin care products). Avoid if you have sensitive skin.
