Indication: Used for the treatment of nervousness, restlessness and sleeplessness. It is also recommended in the treatment of pains associated with winds in the stomach and bowels. Contains Valerian, Cassia Bark,
Nutmeg, Lavender Oil and Rosemary Oil.

Dosage and Directions for use:

Adults: Nervousness, restlessness and sleeplessness 20 to 30 drops (1,5 to 2ml) three or four times a day and at night.
Pains associated with winds in the stomach and bowels 20 to 30 drops
(1,5 to 2,0 ml) every half hour until pain is relieved (maximum 10 ml per day)
