The i3- 4150 is tested and in working condition.
However the computer is not booting.
Could be due to the power supply, power switch fault, intruder switch fault....
Unable to test with an alternative power supply as the CPU plugin is different to ones on hand.
The reason for not booting is not the CPU.
The rest of the PC is in great condition, no scratches, no erosion.
