• Order will only be processed after payment has reflected in our bank account. (24-hour Order processing period)
• Payfast payments take 48 hours to reflect. Payments on BidorBuy will take 24 Hours to reflect. Nedbank Payments to our bank account reflect immediately.
• We use The Courier Guy, CourierIT, MDS or Dawn Wing but you are welcome to send your own courier or pickup from our premises in Rosebank.
• We will exchange defective products within the warranty period. This is usually 30 days for refurbished items unless stated otherwise.
• If items are damaged in transit, please notify us immediately upon receiving the package in order to file a claim with shipper. (PLEASE RETAIN ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS FOR CLAIM PICKUP)
• Any problem with an item must be reported within warranty period.
• Shipping costs are Non Refundable for erroneously ordered items.
• Any replacement shipping costs will be covered by Asetos Computers.
• There is 20% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS.
