Condition

Vintage - Fair. Somewhat playworn, side stickers quite tatty, POLICE only visible on RHS. Some corrosion underneath. Wheels okay, front axle fine, rear a bit bent. Doesn't roll very fast but that is due to the gear driven mechanism causing drag. Spring at front good, at rear nonexistent.

As pictured.  Made in England 1975. The gear and mechanism works, turning the revolving light. This is the first issue of what appears to have been a popular vehicle, being re-issued in various guises until 1984. Technically Scale 1/61

I have two of these available, they are both in similar condition.

Regarding price

Long time buyers may have noticed a sharp increase in item prices. For the sakes of transparency, let me explain:

I obtain most of my goods from overseas, Europe mostly. Due to the inexorable devaluation of the rand, goods whose price has remained relatively static overseas have near doubled in terms of cost to land here. This is not just a direct per item cost, but includes postage (which has greatly increased in cost), customs and even bank charges. All are affected as they get charge on a rand value. i.e. Because the model cost me more in rand terms, I get charged more in terms of customs.

My request is that people please refrain from trying to contact me to arrange private or bulk deals and so forth. This is contra the platforms rules and also not economically viable for me.
