Description

Mel Gibson and Danny Glover star in this action thriller from director Richard Donner. Sergeant Roger Murtaugh (Glover) is a family man who is about to turn 50. Cautious by nature, he is less than happy to be paired with erratic former Special Forces soldier Martin Riggs (Gibson) when he is assigned to investigate a Californian drug baron.

With Riggs' mental state called into question following the death of his wife, Murtaugh struggles to put trust in his new partner as he fails to care whether he lives or dies. The cast also includes Gary Busey, Gustav Vintas and Jackie Swanson.
