Level III Multi-Curve Ceramic Armour Plate - Front/Rear - BPT

This is a Level III ballistic SA Mix ceramic hard insert, made to the standards used by the SANDF and SAPS. The multi-curve plate measures 300mm x 250mm and is lightweight for its type, weighing 2.75Kgs.

This is the most commonly used Hard Armour insert in SA, used by SAPS and SANDF, as well as many security companies in SA.

This is a single Ballistic Hard Armour Plate which can be used in the front or the back of a Plate Carrier.

Please Note: These Hard Armour Plates MUST be used in conjunction with soft armour inserts. Though bullet resistant vests significantly improve the chances of survival and reduce the chances of injury to the wearer, no vest can truly be considered "bullet proof" and being shot will always carry the risk of serious injury or death, with or without a ballistic vest.
