Faulty Item Returns Policy:
IRQ Systems is so confident of our products that we offer a 6 Months warranty on all products sold.
- In general, if a product develops a fault during the first 6 months, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return.
- Customers need to pay the cost of returning faulty products back to IRQ Systems
- When we receive your authorized return the first option will be to repair the product and send it back to you. Repairing may involve changing part. In general you will receive back the same product repaired that you returned to us. If a repair is not possible or the product is not available then we will send you a replacement of the same or similar item.
- Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
- The customer voids the warranty if he/she flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to repair, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.
- The warranty does not extend to free repair or replacement in cases of damage to products by, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.
Please Note: All items returned under the above policy will be fully tested by our technicians and if no fault is found the customer will be liable for the returning postage cost and a R150 testing Fee which will need to be paid in full before the item is returned back to the customer.
