The phone is only 9 months old and is my wife's personal phone that was a contract upgrade. It was always used with a screen protector. The back cover has scuff marks due to putting it on the table and the silver paint is coming off slightly on the corners, but there are no cracks or bumps. I would rate the phone 7.5 / 10.
