This Membership allows you to attend as many Life Retreat Studio and EarthBox Classes as you wish 7 days a week

Life Retreat Yoga & Pilates Studio situated on the picturesque Lourensford Estate in The Western Cape is the perfect place to exercise. We are close enough for local Helderberg residents to exercise daily. Plus, we are only 1/2 an hour from Cape Town for those who wish to exercise in a beautiful weekend environment.

Life Retreat Studio is open 7 days a week and offers numerous classes throughout the day. Our primary focus is on yoga classes, plus we offer Nia,  Pilates & Meditation. Our Yoga Modalities include Yin, ISHTA, Vinyasa, Flow, Hatha, Flow, Kundalini, Beginners and Power. 

EarthBox Class Schedule - Every Day @ 8:00 am

Mon: Meditation/ Hatha Yoga

Tues: Pilates

Wed: Nia

Thurs: Yin Yoga

Fri:  Yoga Flow

Sat: Meditation/ Yoga

Sun: Vinyasa Yoga

You are welcome to attend as many classes as you wish 7 Days a Week 

All ages and fitness stages are Welcome!

Our Studio is fresh, clean and sanitized, with fresh air pouring through our windows daily. The gardens and views are spectacular, and as you drive in, you begin to unwind. We have both in-studio and outdoor Classes on offer. Private Classes in the Studio or at your home are available upon request.

In Summer, we have Yoga classes in the great outdoors. The Studio is owned by Trish Taylor, a Yoga Teacher and Herbalist and Ayurvedic Practitioner and Wellness Coach. All classes are suitable for all levels. We encourage men and women of any fitness level

PARKING

We will gladly arrange a Parking Tag for you which will give you access to Lourensford 7 days a week for an R200 Deposit.
