Life Retreat Yoga & Pilates Studio, situated on the picturesque Lourensford Estate in the Western Cape, is the perfect place to exercise. We are close enough for local Helderberg residents to exercise daily. Plus, we are only 1/2 an hour from Cape Town for those who wish to exercise in a beautiful weekend environment.

Life Retreat Studio is open seven days a week and offers numerous classes throughout the day. Our primary focus is on yoga classes, and we also offer Pilates. Our Yoga Modalities include Yin, ISHTA, Vinyasa, Flow, Hatha, Flow, Beginners, and Power.

Our Studio is situated in the Art Curator Gallery @ Lourensford Estate

The gardens and views are spectacular, and as you drive in, you begin to unwind.

We offer both in-studio and outdoor Classes. 

Private Classes in the Studio or at your home are available upon request

Trish Taylor, a yoga teacher, herbalist, ayurvedic practitioner, and wellness coach, owns the studio. 

All classes are suitable for all Fitness levels. 

There is something beautiful for everyone to experience and enjoy.

PARKING 

Once you are a Member, please email your registration number for access to parking on Lourensford Estate. For R360 per annum, you can park in and out of Lourensford seven days a week at no extra cost.
