Our batteries all use the latest prismatic cell Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO) technology which offers maximum energy density and is well known for its high performance, ultra-reliability, and durability. LiFePO offers distinct advantages over traditional lead acid batteries as they require no maintenance, have over 10x the useable life, and can be discharged 30% deeper letting you use more of your batterys stored potential. LiFePO is also inherently safer than other lithium polymer batteries as it carries no risk of thermal runaway that causes battery fires, you can sleep easy.

They are sourced from electric vehicles which demand large discharges in short periods of time, the opposite use case of a storage battery. These cells are therefore perfect for repurposing in batteries designed for long charges and discharges such as energy storage solutions. The majority of storage units use this type of cell.
