Notes | Nice item that may seem quite familiar to some - as ones like this in SAR livery from starter sets were quite common back in the day. Lima used this specific design in a number of liveries. This one is of the higher quality - not starter set. Railings fitted and has decent weight, although still doesn't have windows. Numbered as a BR322, this certainly is not not a Kof II. Tested and is working fine. |
A word on price | Please be aware that during 2019/2020 the rand has greatly dropped in value. For sellers who import - in my case form Europe - it has become impossible to maintain reasonably low prices, notwithstanding trying all the tricks in the book. Between a local currency with ever decreasing real world value, increasing postage costs (don't get me started on what DHL etc decided to do to gouge their customers during COVID-19) and the usual customs and clearance fees, it has sadly become impossible to land good quality items without incurring a high cost. See the graphic below for an indication of the Rand's devaluation vs the Euro over the past 2 Please understand this situation when noting increasing prices. But also know what items value is and don't allow this to drive up prices greater than they should be. You the buyers interests remain paramount and I will keep trying to find items at the right price. |
