It is fitted with diaphragms. It has silver color four wheel metal trucks. It's a good, quality car. Condition: The model is in excellent used condition with no obvious breaks or losses--all four buffers and both couplers are present. The box is in excellent condition with only minor shelf wear. It has a cardboard car holder that is torn a bit. The cellophane is intact but no longer attached to the box (could be glued back into place). Comment: This model is out of production and no longer available from the maker. All that ever will be of this model are in the hands of dealers as old stock or in the hands of collectors. It becomes more and more difficult to find these models as time goes on. Be sure to get one while you still can, if you want one, or even think you will want one. This is a nice, quality car that is becoming harder to find these days for your collection or your layout.
