This tank car is up for auction. It is in fair used condition. Is it equipped with double-axle bogies with plastic wheelsets and hook horn couplings?  The paint job is in good condition. This model seems to be complete, with three of the footholds replaced.  Slight corrosion on the metal parts that were removed and treated.   Since it is included in the description, please refer to the photos for more information.
