On auction is this SAR “Trans Karoo” brown loco in good operating condition. Slight corrosion on metal parts that was removed and treated. Paintwork/decals are in good condition. The unit was serviced, lubricated and tested, it operates well in both directions. It measures 165mm and is fitted with Lima couplers and metal wheel sets. This unit is complete all pantograph springs and cowcatchers intact. Please take note that the body clips on one side was professionally replaced, a small repair on one of the headlights was done and 1x new tracktion tyre was fitted.(see yellow circles) Please see photos for detail for it is part of the description.
