On auction is this SAR “Trans Karoo” red loco in very good operating condition. Slight corrosion on metal parts was removed and treated . Paintwork/decals are in excellent condition. The unit was serviced and lubricated. It was tested and operates very well in both directions. It measures 165mm and is fitted with standard Lima couplers with metal wheel sets. It was factory fitted with directional headlights.This unit is incomplete, two pantograph springs missing, otherwise in almost mint cond.
