On auction is this SAR “Trans Karoo” brown loco in good operating condition. Slight corrosion on metal parts that was removed and treated. Paintwork/decals are in good condition. The unit was serviced, lubricated and tested, it operates well in both directions. It measures 165mm and is fitted with Lima couplers and metal wheel sets. This unit is complete all pantograph springs(new aftermarket) and cowcatchers intact. Take note that one of the body clips was replaced and one cowcatcher seems to be repainted.
