In good working order is this power supply/speed controller (forward & reverse). With its variable 12.5V/DC connection, it can deliver up to 3.2VA. Every feature of this unit has been tested and is guaranteed to operate as intended.  This unit was opened for maintenance.  Please see the photos for further details, as they are part of the description.
