This power supply/speed controller (forward & reverse) is in good working order and can deliver up to 3.2VA with its variable 12.5V/DC connection. Every feature of this unit has been tested and is guaranteed to function as intended. The unit's original Lima rivits were removed by the previous owner; I can't seem to find any repairs to the unit, so I assume it was secured to a layout through the holes of the rivets.
