Linear Motion Ball Bearings Slide Block (SC10UU): 

This SC10UU 10mm linear bearing, contained in a sturdy aluminium pillow block mount, is the ideal choice if you're building a CNC router, mill, or lathe that needs precise linear motion. With four M4 CNC drilled, tapped, and countersunk holes, the 40 x 35 mm aluminium housing block may be mounted to almost anything with ease and security. The aluminium casing of the SC10UU unit holds the LM10UU linear bearing in place with two circlips. To shield the ball bearings from debris and pollution, there are two rubber seals on each end.
