Linn Ware bowl pale celadon green glaze circa 1940's

Offered for sale is an attractive Linn Ware ceramic bowl in a pale green celadon glaze with a slight accent of brown on the upper rim  It is a hand thrown earthenware bowl which is also hand glazed. It is marked with the LW factory initials enclosed in a circle stamped into the base of the bowl. The dimensions are : height  7cm ; width at the top aperture 15cm ; width of the base 8cm

The piece is in good condition ; there is a glaze flaw on the underside close to the base . The bowl must have pressed against the drying rack while it was being fired in the kiln
