LISIANTHUS ABC 2 BLUE RIM - A double lisianthus flower!

Botanical name:  Eustoma grandiflorum

This plant is great for cut flower production.  For best results for cut flowers, grow in a greenhouse.  However, they are a show stopper in the garden.  In the garden be sure to plant them in partial shade.  

These seeds have been pelleted, it makes it easy to work with them.  We recommend starting these in a seed tray, and not direct in a garden. We do sell a range of seed trays, please ask a question if you need help to find our seedling trays.  Please see the picture of a 3 day old seedling.  These seeds took 16 days to germinate.  New seedlings have emerged 22 days after planting. Germination times can vary. Just germinated seedlings are very tiny.
