Warranty Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, all batteries and inverters must be installed by a qualified electrician or registered electrical wireman. The installer must hold a valid registration with the Department of Labour.

Upon completion of the installation, a valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued specifically for the backup power or solar installation. All installations must comply with SANS 10142 regulations and applicable electrical standards.

For any warranty claim, the following documentation may be required:

• Proof of installation by a qualified electrician or registered wireman
• Installation photographs
• Valid Certificate of Compliance (COC)

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the warranty claim being declined.
