Little Bamboo Bird Cage with Feathered Bird inside and chimes at bottom

The cage only has a diameter of 11cm and is 16cm tall. With spring at top and chimes at bottom it is 36cm long. The underside of the little case has a holder for a battery, I am presuming it plays birdsong, though this function in no longer working.
