Marks made from the plastic bands they use to hold the pets in place in the box 2. Paint marks that are not perfect-varies by pet. Other minor flaws from the manufacturing of the Pets. These flaws may or may not be found on some of the NEW Pets we sell! We do our best to pick up these imperfections and point them out to you, however sometimes we are simply not successful.
Any Used Pets may have any Flaws we will do our best to note these flaws in our description.

I am a mother of 2 and started Bidorbuy as a hobby. It became a lot more and is now a full time passion. I am an honest seller and would never sell you something under false pretences. But of course, mistakes can happen. So please remember should you ever be unhappy with our service / products, something arrives broken or you simply expected something different; please contact me before leaving a neutral or negative rating. I will ALWAYS try my utmost to resolve all issues!!
Parcels that are damaged, lost or stolen whilst in transit are beyond my control – therefore I automatically insure your parcel. Please note: we have a private insurance for our shipments, therefore it will not reflect on your postage stamp!!!
Please inform me if you do not receive your parcel / it is damaged so that we will be able to claim from the insurance.
Checkout and Payment are due within 14 days of an Auction closing. I am very happy to combine shipments up to 4 weeks, please simply let me know if you would like to take advantage of this offer.
Should I not hear from you I will send you a friendly reminder 7 days after your purchase, a Sale Not Complete will be filed thereafter.
Please remember: Postage is always for the buyers account. Please note this also applies to unclaimed parcels that need to be resent, or parcels that are sent back from buyer to seller;
Sellers are charged listing fees for Auctions and incur many hidden expenses such as commission for every “sale” completed if we receive your payment or not.
Some of these costs cannot be recovered in the event that a buyer reneges on a sale - Remember, it is a legal binding contract - so please, ONLY BID if you have every intention of fulfilling the sale;
Market prices are usually estimated/indicative unless otherwise specified;
Postage rates are standard and are in line with most BoB sellers. Remember, postage also includes packaging material such as bubble wrap, envelopes, stamps, tape, insurance with postoffice and private one !! etc..
WE are using a private courier service now for all available areas (e.g. Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban, ..) all other areas we still need to use the South African Post Office unfortunately. We will not increase our standard postage although using the courier service will be more expensive in most cases, to keep our postage rates competitive.
