The Flyer's 3.75" blade has been ground to a modified Spear Point with a false edge for superior piercing ability and penetration. 7Cr17MoV steel makes the blade durable and retains its edge longer while the patented U-lock creates an absolutely positive lock for improved performance. To release the locking mechanism, you simply need to slide the locking lugs back, releasing the blade for easy closing. All Tekut U-lock knives feature ambidextrous opening with a thumb stud and the locking lugs are on both sides of the handle slabs. The machined Aircraft Aluminum handle with G10 inlay and finger recesses ensure a perfect grip while a ribbed file-work pattern above the locking lugs provides a non-slip surface for your thumb, especially useful with heavy cutting chores. These fine knives are available in 3 different color options to suit your taste.
