Firearm Amendment Act of 2006 (not yet promulgated)

Amendment of Section 94 of Act 60 of 2000

28. Section 94 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution for subsection (1) by following subsection:

(1) For the purpose of this section “firearm part” means a slide, bolt or breach block of a firearm or a device designed to be attached to the barrel of a firearm in order to muffle or moderate the report of the firearm.
