How to use (Recipe for Shrimp Tom Yum):

1. Boil 2 cups (480ml) of water
2. Empty the contents of the packet into the water
3. Add shrimp and mushrooms
4. Before serving, add fish sauce or salt and lime juice to taste
5. Other suggested uses: Fish, mussels, scallop,s and other firm white-flesh fish or chicken
