This is a classic Logitech force-feedback racing wheel setup for PC. I connected it and tested it in The Crew, and from what I can see everything works correctly the pedals respond well, the steering tracks accurately, and the force feedback feels strong (if you drive off-road, it kicks back realistically).
Because this is an older wheel, it does need the correct drivers/software and the controls must be assigned in-game.
