1958 British DECCA pressing, release number SXL 2001, of the first STEREO classical record of the popular SXL series.
The record has a few scuff-lines on both sides, which do not cause skipping and are not audible.
The cover is a bit scruffy on the corners and opening edge, otherwise in very good shape.
The tracks are, with credits, SIDE ONE: 1812 Overture, Op. 49: KENNETH ALWYN conducting the LONDON SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA and THE BAND OF THE GRENADIER GUARDS (Major F.J. Harris, M.B.E., Director of Music). -
SIDE TWO: Capriccio Italien, Op. 45 / Marche Slave, Op. 31: KENNETH ALWYN conducting the LONDON SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA.
