This is a delightful book on the history of London Transport Poster Art. The first third or so of the book is given to the history of how its Poster Art came to be and how it reflected the times. Brief descriptions follow of the poster selections. Eighty examples were selected for inclusion in the book, and these follow in the last 80 pages. The posters are in color for the most part, but some are in black and white. They cover the time period form 1900 to 1976.
