Once a Tracking number is confirmed it is up to the buyer to check and track parcel via Speed Services / SA Post Office website. The seller will not be liable for any missing, damaged or lost parcels or items from parcels once the parcel has shipped. Any such incidents must be taken up with Post Office / Speed Services. Please note that you do have the option of insurance on items but you must request this before checkout and payment to add the extra cost. The seller will not be liable for any uncollected items.
