14 -day return for exchange or refund (if exact replacement is not available for exchange). Handling and Shipping fees are not refundable.
Note: Since we sell only brand new items, watches must be new and unused/unworn to be eligible for return. Watches with resized bracelets or other signs of usage will not be accepted.
