Dosage and Directions for Use:
One Capsule, Once A Day with Breakfast for two weeks.
This dosage may then be increased, if product is well tolerated, to a Second Capsule taken with Lunch. Do not take at night.
Keep in mind that one capsule is equivalent to 3 1/2 of the green standard strength capsules.
Contra Indications:
Green Tea contains natural caffeine metabolytes and people sensitive to caffeine should keep this in mind.
