Well, it has arrived, the final season of a spellbinding TV series, the likes of which we may never see again. A show which managed to grip and entertain audiences around the world season after season, even when the storyline was at its weakest during season 3 and 4. But this sixth and final season finds Lost at the top of its game, and finally answering some long-gestating questions.

After the cliffhanger finale of season 5, we pick up where we left off on the island, and discover the effects of the bomb. Also, a new "flash" method is introduced this season, one which shows the original Oceanic 815 flight land safely in Los Angeles. With everyone strangers to each other, as they disembark the plane, a sense of recognition is still palpable. As for the happenings on the island, there's a new danger facing the survivors, a menace whose true origins are revealed. And as one final stand against evil approaches, the survivors are split as to which side to choose.
