Lot of 4 rare and collectable coloured antique glass bottles for 1 bid!!! This lovely lot consists of:
A very beautiful antique teal green glass ink bottle with the "sheared lip" top. This type of lip was formed by the cutting or snipping the glass free of the blowpipe with a pair or shears. This process leaves it with a stovepipe look. It appears to have been pressed in a mold. The top has two channels which appear to have been made to hold the pen. When held up to the light you can see the beautiful color and glass bubbles. It measures 5cm x 4cm and stands 5cm high. The bottle has a small chip on the bottom of 1 corner - the top is made that way. Circa 1840-1850.
Antique yellow green apothecary bottle. I think that the bottle has "Die Keisserliche Privilecirt Altonatichew Kronessents" embossed on it. It stands 9cm high. The bottle is in good condition - no chips or cracks.
Antique long thin olive green apothecary bottle - no embossing. The bottle stands 21cm high and is only 4cm at its widest point. It had a cork in the top. The bottle is in good condition - no chips or cracks.
Antique blue apothecary / chemist bottle - no embossing on side. The bottle is 9cm high. The bottle is in good condition - no chips or cracks.
