WENDYHOUSE-MANIA!!!
The time has come to clear all my stuff from the wendyhouse. Over the next few weeks I will be posting everything I have found, big and small things, cool 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and 2000's stuff. Time to throw out old childhood memories, toys, games, vintage camera and movie equipment, pictures, sports gear, things that my parents used, collector's items and many other things that just accumulated over the years.

CRAAAAAZZZZZY R1 starts on all my auctions!
Up for auction is this lot of cricket gear from the 90's. Both pairs of cricket gloves are brand new. The brand new Gray Nicolls Megalite Shield gloves are really high quality, high protection professional gloves that already cost over £120 back in the mid 90's. They come in their original plastic. The Slazenger V100 gloves are also brand new, not as top end as the other pair by some margin but I used that model for the indoor season as they felt comfortable for that format. They come in their original plastic. The 3D Cricket pads are really solid, they show signs of wear but are in good condition all round with the velcro straps still strong. The AS pads are really worn, the velcro straps is in poor condition, but they are very light and nice to use for indoor cricket or light practice. The Kookaburra bat never got used much, that is why it is still in a good condition. When you play with it you can feel it is not a high end bat, however someone else might like it and it's great for wet conditions as it has a been treated with some kind of protective material all around. It comes with a nice Kookaburra cover. The Lazer bat is really just for nostalgic purposes or perhaps a light training session. It is the 5 Star version, top of the range at the time, the choice of the Transvaal team at the time, however it has seen so many cricket balls hit that the willow has split badly at the bottom and the "sweetspot" is really spongy.
My items come from a very clean household, they may be used and worn but they will never be dirty, sticky, "tacky" or disgusting.
I always describe items to the best of my knowledge and the pictures I post form an important part of the description. Please look at them carefully and only bid on the item if you really want it. Please remember that in some cases, due to lack of photographic abilitiy, there might be slight colour variations between my photographs and the actual item .
