2. Journeys To The Interior - Unseen Works by Irma Stern 1929 - 1939, an exhibition of original paintings and sketches, opened to the public in April 2006. This catalogue, from the exhibition, comprises a foreword, four chapters, numerous colour and b/w plates, a bibliography and a chronology.
3. Paradise. The Journal and Letters (1917-1933) of Irma Stern. Signed and numbered by the author.
The book's immediacy, passion and colour epitomise South Africa most highly rated painter - in 112 quarto pages, half in colour, including her 52 pp journal, "discovered, after the artist's death, lodged at the back of a disused cupboard in the studio of her house some time after its conversion into the Irma Stern Museum".
