Loui Shabner, also known as LOU SHABNER.

You are bidding on a genuine vintage print from the 1970s, print known as "JO".

Great item for anyone wanting an authentic 1970s retro decor scheme, with a real item from the 1970s.

Loui Shabner was a very popular artist in New Zealand, Australia and UK, with a following much like Tretchikoff.

Unlike Tretchikoff, the Shabner prints are a lot rarer, and some of his iconic vintage prints are fetching high values in the UK.

Similar prints of "JO" are selling at over 70 Pounds in the UK, about R1500 before shipping.

Loui was well known for his prints of the female form.

This print is in its original frame and glass, dated 1975, and both the frame and the print are in very good condition.

It was framed by a professional frame shop in 1975, and the original stamp of the framer is on the rear of the print.

The colours of the print are in excellent condition, no sun fading.

This item was very well looked after, and has no sign of its true age, i.e. 40 years old...

Shipping of this item from New Zealand to South Africa was close to R300 alone, and the frame has to be worth at least R300.
