As we do our utmost best to manufacture identical products to the pictures advertised, it may differ slightly as picture is purely for illustration purposes. All products are manufactured per your exact order (colour/design/fabric) therefore no refunds will be executed. Refunds are only processed if the product is completely different to what you ordered and once the product is in the possession of SKY Designer Lifestyles at the cost of returns by the client. SKY Designer Lifestyles takes full responsibility to ensure products are quality checked before despatch.  All fabrics may differ in colour slightly. We use third party delivery companies and cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery time and which is non-refundable. Please feel free to discuss anything with us before placing an order so we will best be able to assist you, especially with custom designs or dimensions.
