All products are manufactured per your exact order (colour/design/fabric) therefore no refunds will be executed. Refunds are only processed if the product is completely different to what you ordered and once the product is in the possession of SKY Designer Lifestyles at the cost of returns by the client. SKY Designer Lifestyles takes full responsibly to ensure products are quality checked before despatch.  All fabrics may differ in colour slightly. We use third party delivery companies and cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery time and which is non-refundable.
