This pretty 18ct yellow gold dress ring is set with 1 x large oval blue sapphire (6.00mm x 4.00mm), 6 x Princess cut blue sapphires (2.00mm x 2.00mm) and 6 x brilliant cut diamonds = 0.12ct (K/L/M VS2/SI1).
