This is a lovely 19th century PORCELAIN PLATE. I purchased it from an antiques auction and the catalogue described it as " A 19thC porcelain PLATE decorated with famiille verte panels of foilage upon a cobalt blue background, 23.5cm in diameter - R200-R400" There are some areas that are definitely handpainted. no chips or cracks - in good condition considering its age.
