Lovely antique art nouveau Sterling silver tea set. This lovely old tea set consists of a tea pot, milk jug and sugar bowl. It is hallmarked CSG & Co (Charles S Green & Co), anchor (Birmingham), lion passant (Sterling silver) and g (1906). It is very art nouveau with scrolled handles and decorative edgings. It was an award to a Simmer & Jack staff member, and has been engraved. The teapot weighs 307,2g, the sugar 142.7g and the milk 88.4 - a total of 538.3g. It is in good condition for its age, but the handle at the top seems to have been re-attached. Quality buy for your dinner table.
