NO PRINT DOTS ARE VISIBLE AS WITH TRANSFER PRINTED PIECES - THE VASE IS HEAVILY GLAZED MAKING A PRECISE DIAGNOSIS TOO DIFFICULT TO DECLAIRE . MY GUESS WOULD BE HAND PAINTED - THE VASE IS ALSO STAMPED ON THE BASE .
