These unique vessels have been woven by hand with close attention to pattern, form and colour.Each one is crafted using durable elephant grass.The artists add water to soften the grasses enough to sculpt them into their organic andunique shapes. Coloured stitching then covers the entire vessel giving each one it's unique personality. They have multiple uses but their main purpose is to bring beauty to your space.

Details

TheLuanda basketboasts a flat base and has horizontal stripes on a neutral background. It is shaped similar to a milk urn and boasts two woven handles on each side. Generous in size, the Luanda basket it is useful for laundry and storage but it's most important use is aesthetic.
