1) All Product returns or Exchanges will be send to the manufacturer / Supplier / Distributor for a full inspection and assessment Upon receipt of the returned item, it will undergo a full inspection and assessment by the product supplier / manufacturer / Distributor every supplier / manufacturer / Distributor have its own Policy to exchanges and returns
2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
The Luminous iCruze 4000VA, 48V inverter offers a max load of 2850W and a charging current of 21A. When purchasing this unit, 4 x 12V Inverlast Tall Tubular batteries, either 150Ah, 200Ah or 220Ah are required for operation. All four batteries must have the same Ah rating and be connected in series. This is not a DIY unit as it has to be connected to your Grid.
