Goods are shipped from our suppliers and delivered to RSA in approximately 7 – 14 business days. A tracking number is sent once the item arrives locally and is customs cleared – this typically takes 4 business days.

Express delivery from our supplier can be arranged at a fee of R100, should reduce the delivery lead time to approximately 5 - 8 working days, excluding the 4 days for customs clearance. 

Free door-to-door delivery is in RSA only. Should you require cross-border delivery, kindly enquire. 

If paying via EFT, your order will only be processed once the funds have cleared in the account.
